I became 20 on july 31st.
I've got 20 years now. But, let's face it, what are "my years", what is my "age"? Are those the days, measured in hours, minutes, seconds, that my clock has ever ticked? What about the days which were much longer than any years and those, which were shorter than any seconds? Is it meant how much experience I have collected? But what has it to do with years, with time, with this generally accepted and human-made construction? Sure, I'm dependent on time, but it is also dependent on me, right? I can determine how long my day has to be. How many years my age is worth.
